LeadGreen was founded in 2023 with a simple realization: Africa has the youngest population in the world and is the continent most vulnerable to social challenges and climate change. Yet, young people often lack the structured support to lead the transition.

We bridge that gap. We believe that leadership isn't a title—it's an action. Our organization exists to unlock the potential of African youth to become stewards of their environment.
